Driven by the state of the market and then-available solutions, Karim and Peter quickly realized the potential for changing the energy distribution and savings. During their research and development phase, that conviction only grew stronger seeing as how not even the newly emerged products didn’t do much for this global problem.
With recent economic and political events, now more than ever the world is ready for better energy distribution.

Founders
The Brains behind idea
Karim
Founder / CEO
With a Masters in Business Management from the University of Geneva, Karim started his finance career working for Ernst & Young and then later on became an advisor for a private bank. Some of the entrepreneurial accomplishments include taking over a company in the medical field, and establishing two others, a food distribution company and financial advisory.
Peter
FOUNDER / CTO
After his studies, Peter has been building up his first company and deepened his knowledge on international regulations, security by working on various startups, including the ones in the energy field. Peter has been acting as a successful CTO and has successfully managed companies in distributed intelligence, applied cryptography and various blockchain uses.
Better Together
Even before ending their studies, Karim and Peter achieved amazing results together. Friends and business partners at heart, they managed to create a joint venture with Siemens that ended up with a $500.000 turnover at the young age of 20. Entrepreneurship courses through their veins but they have knowledge and experience to back it up.
Perfectly complementing one another, it’s a partnership that guarantees success which stems from Peter’s technical and field knowledge, and Karim’s financial and CEO experience.
Our Values
We don’t think that increasing the energy supply in a world of limited resources will be the ultimate solution to the energy crisis that we are facing today. It will only lead to more conflict to control the ressources, when the latter will become scarce. Neither do we think that “less is more” and that we should give up on our comfort to save the planet.
We think that the solution is to “do more with less”. Optimization is the key. No one needs his house to be warm when nobody is there or neither do we need to maintain all the lights in a street up if no one moves there.

With the rise of AI, AIoT is for us the path that will lead us to reduce consumption by eliminating waste. Proper use of what we have will help us maintain our standard of life in a world where resources are limited.
Our role in electric society is to give to each person the control of his personal energy consumption and take the responsibility for it.
Even if we believe in IA, we do not in cloud computing because of the resources it takes at a global level. We believe in a fully distributed system where intelligence is where it is needed: at a local level. This intelligence should not depend on internet connection. It should be autonomous. This is our system.
How To Get There
